This beautifully renovated three bedroom, one and a half bath townhouse style duplex is in the heart of beautiful and quaint Holden, Massachusetts. It is located two minutes from Wachusett high school, and three minutes from downtown Holden.

Although our duplex is located on Main Street, close to restaurants, and other amenities, and can be quite noisy on the outside, our units provide good quality soundproofing to ensure guest comfort.
Guest Access
Guess we’ll have exclusive access to the three vehicle driveway for 1586, the outside porch located on their side, in the back patio also located on the right side for 1586.
Good to know
There is an open floor plan that joins the dining room, living room, and kitchen on the first floor. Also located on the first floor is a half bath, in a bedroom with a queen bed on the second floor you will find a spacious bedroom with a King bed, in a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bath. All beds are comfortable, memory, foam, and luscious pillows.
